ARRIVAL OF NEW PUPPY(!!!1) IMMINENT IN LESS THAN 24 HRS!!!!!
...and we still haven't decided on a name yet. My backing of 'Attilaaaaaaa!!!1' was ruthlessly shot-down by Dad('too long!'), as was 'Hector'('too homo-homo sounding!') so I am now lobbying for ~*ACE*~ and Dad is still sticking to 'Rio'(WHICH IS THE KING OF ALL HOMO NAMES IF YOU ASK ME) and 'Puma'(but he pronounces it like 'Boomer' lol) and 'Sly'(URGH).
COME ON PEOPLE, LOOK AT THIS CUTIE, doesn't he seem like an ~*ACE*~??

ALSO we had debated calling it 'luk gai' or 'ai maa dumm' but of course dumm sounds v suspicious in english. 'why are you insulting your dog??' etc etc O THE PERILS OF A MULTILINGUAL HOUSEHOLD

'Luk Gai' doesn't seem very fitting for it actually, and 'Ai Maa Dum' could be somewhat confusing. Take this example: random BLACK soi dog runs by, neighbor's BLACK dog escapes from its owner's yard by jumping off the wall and backflipping over the fence, YOUR DOG somehow finds itself on the street where the other two dogs are. Someone yells "AI MAA DUM"! OH NO! WHICH ONE????

And oh damn, I don't know dog breeds, but I think it's a
Schnauzer? It's black-ish and has a moustache like thing on its face, hence the name หมึกย่าง. 'Meuk' = ink = black! Also! 'Meuk' = squid = squid has หนวด = OH SO CREATIIIIIVE.

AND waaaah such a cute naming process! OH and didja know that GIANT BLACK SCHNAUZERS are one of the more creepier sights known to man?? A friend showed me a pic of his two in the DARK and you could only barely see em and then THEIR EERILY GLOWING EYES aaaaaaaaaaah dai-shokku!!

That was the toned down version. Y'see, the BLACK soi dog is actually an alien pirate in disguise, and your neighbor's dog is actually TWO BLACK dogs, except that one of them is temporarily invisible and the one that looks BLACK is actually really WHITE, with maybe some black spots! They are, if you're interested, descendants of the Chinese panda and are a result of inter-breeding that has been taking place for generations. Your dog is just a plain ol' normal dog. Also, your other neighbor has a BLACK dog that I neglected to mention because it's going through a hermit-y phase and doesn't make an appearance on the road. :D
Why do I get this feeling that you'll be calling it that sometimes regardless of what name is given to it? 8D
And that cute naming process was actually a bunch of BS I made up after my friend expressed her skepticism over the name. OH YES, IB, YOU HAVE PREPARED ME WELL FOR LIFE IN THE REAL WORLD! A+++++! ... I do not think I want to see that picture |:
