THIS JUST IN: I AM STILL KIND OF REALLY IN LOVE WITH SUPERNATURAL. Rambly and more than slightly incoherent squee follows the lj-cut, I keep reaching this point where I am too tired to sound like a legit human being, but am also too lazy to fucking leave the computer. AHH WELL.

This episode was uniformly brilliant anyways-- even if Youtube cockblocked the audio on the first uploaded part, WHY THE HATE ON PEOPLE WHO CAN'T WATCH THIS SHIT LIVE IN THE US OR TORRENT IT BECAUSE OF DORM NET RESTRICTIONS HUH??-- and it was all the more improved upon with WEECHESTER FLASHBACKS + PRESENT DAY WINCHESTERS UNDERCOVER AS A JANITOR AND THE FUCKING SUB P.E TEACHER. If only our good old Mr. Tree wasn't so, uh, in no way ever even remotely similar to Dean here, ahhh. PE COULD'VE BEEN SO FUN IN SCHOOL.
BUT: delicious brother interaction and backstory to be had in this ep, and I must add my voice to the overwhelming chorus that Colin Ford is really the best little!Sammy actor ever. If only the age difference between him and Brock Kelly weren't so ...blindingly obvious, but ah well! He also did a good job, he really had most of Dean's vocal inflections down pat, even if the random NY!Thug accent he had going on was a bit iffy sometimes.
...I MEAN JUST LOOK AT THEM. SO CUTE, godddd.

BUT BASICALLY THE WHOLE LAST BITS OF THE EP WITH DEAN GETTING CHEWED OUT BY THAT GIRL ('you are just a scared and lonely child' kajfhjksfh) CONTRASTED WITH SAMMY, SUDDENLY SCHOOL HERO BECAUSE HE BEAT UP DIRK THE JERK WERE SO GREAT (and I mean that in the honestly 'YAY :D :D' way and simultaneously also the 'CAN THE FUCKING WINCHESTERS NEVER CATCH A BREAK, DDD:' way). AND AND kjsafh that last bit where Sam talks to his old teach who basically inspired him to college and teach is all 'Well the important thing is that you're happy. Are you happy, Sam?' AND THEN SAM'S FUCKING FACE OH MY GOD. WINCHESTERSSSSSSSSSSSSSS *clutches heart*
