2005 - THE PRESENT, lol. Also mainly for my own personal reference, since I must admit to myself that my previous one isn't all that up to-date anymore. Clearly I just need to sign-up for more fests and challenges. And wow are a lot of my old Pbucket links broken. Whoops.

Since I should probably write about fandom things beside abusing my twitter for sporadic bursts of fangirlish FEELS, some short words about Movies Wot I Have Watched recently (in cinema and on TV):

Snow White and The Huntsman )

I also finally got to see The A-Team and Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. I find it telling that in both I fell asleep half-way through, but re: Mission Impossible-- Ethan Hunt has to be a cockroach in human form because that dude DOES NOT DIE. And his face is made out of steel, for all that slamming into things face-first that happens in that movie, he comes out without being a gigantic human bruise. Finally got to see that scene with Jeremy Renner and DAT ASS that is all over tumblr, and my friends were sick of me whispering "his assssssssssssss" every time he was on screen before that XD

In other fandom-y news: I don't really see myself signing up for any big bangs this time soon... defaulted out of the SPN one because of crucial lack of interest anymore (I WILL REMEMBER THE GOOD TIMES WE HAD THOUGH, SHOW <3) and only time will tell if I can work up the effort and also work-life-sleep balancing skills to make a go of it for any other fests.

As for RL, I have been keeping busy with my friends here and it is still oddly thrilling and just super fun to have this core group of people that are up for all kinds of activity beyond the usual Bangkokian triad of FOOD-MOVIE-SHOPPING.

kaiserkuchen: (Iron Man! Giddy-up cowboy)
Again, it has been way too long since I last posted! So much for being good and sticking to one of my admittely many futile new year's resolutions. Super duper compressed update though, as it is midnight and I need to be up in less than 5 hours FUCKKKKK

WORK: BUSY! April was especially hellish re: events and GUESS WHAT LAST WEEK WE SIGNED UP FOR TWO MORE kjdhfkjhsdf sweet baby jeebus I am turning into an event planner now? Work continues to consume most of my active attention and I am starting to drop balls in the intricate juggling act that makes up my myriad and seemingly ever-growing responsibilities. The balls seem to be normal balls and and not explosive-rigged ones yet though, so there is that. Tomorrow one of our overseas distributors will be in the office and I will have to figure out a way to tell him why I haven't had the time to do the things for him he requested from me sighhhh.

LIFE: I am now 24! Totally and utterly in my mid-twenties now, which is still a very strange thing to get used to. I still feel like I need to embark on a vision quest or something to get the last badge of official young adulthood (and by that I mean a dude to bang or I guess ~SPEND MEANINGFUL TIME WITH~), but ehhh fuck that THERE IS NO TIME. My birthday fell on a Monday and ended up being a most excellent day at the office-- didn't really expect or want anything save for maybe some well-wishes from the colleagues but I got presents! The sales team gave me two amazing pairs of earrings, our intern gave me a donut-shaped cord holder, our designer gave me a futuristic coin purse and spa boss bought me CAAAAAAAAAKE! And I bought donuts for the office and then there was another farewell cake for the intern (her last day) and there was really too much food. Especially since I had tapas tapas TAPAS + wine and dinner with Dad, Sue and their friends afterwards, too. FOOD COMA.

FANGIRLING: Part of the reason why I have been bad at posting is because I bought myself a kindle fire and have actually just been using it to look at Facebook on a larger screen before bed and also uh READ ALL THE FIC. I am still super against typing on touch-screens, and I keep swiping something my accident that ERASES EVERYTHING I WROTE BEFORE kjshfdjhgajshfghg FUCK!!!! so uh, don't hold your breath expecting many mobile posts from me soon.

I DID watch The Avengers and Cabin in The Woods these past two weekends though, so I am ALL AFLUTTER WITH FEELS and great fannish love. Especially the Avengers-- I did not expect to come out of it having that many Natasha and Bruce feelings. They better be making a Black Widow movie and then it could tie in with the Winter Soldier and the Captain America movies and then back into the Avengers sequels AND THEN MY MIND WOULD BURST FROM THE AMAZING, THE END.

Also someone talk to me about Cabin and SPOILERSSS in the comments-- how great was it seeing those tropes subverted? I still crack up thinking about it days afterwards.

OOF this got longer than expected okay okay leaving noww---
kaiserkuchen: (XMFC! Think of a number any number)
EDIT: 30/12 I am too lazy to really edit much of the text here, so just ignore most of it and enjoyyy.
Another BB posting date rolls around, this time for my very first [livejournal.com profile] xmenbigbang!

This time I was lucky enough to team up with [livejournal.com profile] taurenova on her Darwin-centric fix-it fic Drift, which immediately pinged me anyways because uhhh I remember still how annoyed I was at Darwin's fate in the movie. HE TOTALLY CAME BACK LATER, he's fucking Darwin y'all.

This time around, I realized that if I had thought I was running against the clock with my STBB art, I really was wrong as these past weeks turned out to be full of MORE! suprise TIMESUCK vortexes and sudden super important projects and presentations for work. Time management, my worst enemyyyy *shakes fist*. And because I NEVER LEARN, I have had to prove to myself time and time again that sleep deprivation is not ideal to say the least in an office where one actually has to work on things that are challenging and require concentration XDD Oh the rare times I kiiiind of miss my old callcenter job.

Click clickkkk... )
kaiserkuchen: (STrek (C)! O Captain my captain)
It's [livejournal.com profile] startrekbigbang posting time!

Presenting the art for [livejournal.com profile] ellipsisthgreat's lovely fic: Focus (on Me)!

This has been a journey filled with more ups and downs than I had first expected-- here I thought I'd only have to juggle work with my usual laziness and procrastination, but nope, turned out to be a surprise!evacuee of the worst floods in recent Thai history and had to deal with all additional crappery that entailed. One keeps on keeping on though, we have somewhere to stay in town, it could have been worse and hey, I got to practice using actualfax drawing implements again! There's something to be said about the kind of lines that come directly from your hand, but oh how wonderful life would be if CTRL+Z worked in real time and one didn't have to erase and erase and pray that the paper wouldn't rip/smudge/whathaveyou.

[livejournal.com profile] spn_j2_bigbang, YEAR THREE. And my 1000th LJ post, well won't you look at that :D.

I had an excellent time working with my darling [livejournal.com profile] laulan again this year! Andy is just such a delight to collab with and of course is already well-accustomed to my various foibles and shoddy work habits :DD. SUCH A RELIEF THERE. I illustrated her lovely SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE ADVENTURES J2 RPS fic, Between Stars.

IN SPACE, NO ONE HEARS YOU SCREAAAAAM (many large images within) )
kaiserkuchen: (GOT! Tho honestly I ship Dany/Happiness)
I still consider myself relatively lucky for stumbling into GoT fandom so relatively late in the game (ie. early this year-- February, I believe). This meant that I had a tasty backlog of 4 books to sink into over what was probably a too short period of time (my obsessive tendencies, let me show you them!) and when that was done, the HBO version to ooh and ahh over and "only" a few months of wait for this fifth book.

So without further ado, some thoughts!
SPOILERS BEYONDDD )

And now for bedtime so that I can repent for today and go to the gym tomorrow (my careful schedule, fucked!). Hopefully not through pouring rain, though it seems like the entire country is under water at the moment. Certain provinces in the North have been flooded for the 4TH TIME this year, this is just unreal and fucked up. And on Thursday I was caught in such a downpour on the way home that I was basically crawling at 60kms/h on the fucking Expressway with a visibility of about near zero. That was some scary shit :///
kaiserkuchen: (Iron Man! Giddy-up cowboy)
My recent fandom Big Deals: Watching Captain America and finishing A Dance with Dragons in two days after a two week wait. YEAAAAH. Thoughts on the latter to come in a seperate post, but first:
STEVE ROGERS, ILU <3.

THIS ENTIRE MOVIE, AHHH. SO MUCH AMAZING. How adorable and just plain ol' FUN was this movie, even in hated 3D? The Marvel movies are on a motherfuckin' roll. I clapped, squeed and glee'd my way through basically all of it, (though I did rolll my eyes at the ueber cheesy 3D action bits) and I have to say that New Friend Lydia (my BKK ladies are widening my social circle and it hilariously includes people who know people I know from school, the BKK int'l school graduates crowd is so teeny and incestuous ahhh) was amazing company to watch it it.

OH AND THIS SONG IS GREAT. Beirut, you have done it again *plays on endless YT loop*
kaiserkuchen: (Ron! I feel this urge every single day)
This post should have been posted earlier, but I got tired yesterday and then I embarassingly lost about SIX HOURS obsessively watching SYTYCD clips on Youtube and reading TWOP recaps. UGH AWESOME DANCING <333.

It still strikes me as very strange that this is it for the series. When the last book came out (and ooooh, how I bothered my mother with my nervous yammering if she thought that Chiang Mai's bookstores would have Book 7 and WHAT WOULD I DOOOOO if it wasn't so, oh I couldn't even bear the thought etc., etc.,)  we still had a bunch of the movies to go and now? C'EST FINI, this franchise. Who wants to start laying bets on when the reboot will occur? I am so prepping my "back when I was in fandom" lecture for hypothetical future spawn or grandkids.

OH and I queued for 43 minutes to get my tickets (went by fast as I had my freshly bought copy of Tina Fey's Bossypants to keep me company. Did my fellow queuers stare at me weirdly for laughing to myself? Well yes they did, but I didn't give a fuuuuuuuuuuuck :DD). Probably not as long as y'all in the States/UK with your midnight viewings though! XDD
POTTER POTTER POTTER (WEASLEY WEASLEYYYY!) )
And this still remains the best part of the first Deathly Hallows movie, or at least to me one of the most memorable ones. THE GORGEOUS ANIMATION, AHHH.
kaiserkuchen: (SPN! The ladies approve of this)
DEAREST [livejournal.com profile] laliandra ,  TO SOOTHE YOUR SOUL FROM RECENT RL BLEH AND ALSO IN ANTICIPATION OF THIS ONE MOVIE THAT IS COMING OUT THIS WEEK, IDEK IF YOU'VE HEARD OF IT, I HUMBLY PRESENT TO YOU THE FOLLOWING...

OH WHAT COULD THIS BE.... )
kaiserkuchen: (Hawaii Five-0! LOUD NOISES)

Mostly seen alone, as I am apparently not European or at least German enough as my friends have informed me to see that a) going to movies alone is weird and hints at friendlessness and b) going to see movies during the way is just a waste of daylight. FIE ON YOU ALL I SAY and anyways, watching movies during the day when I am in town, have no one to meet up for lunch and no real desire to spend most of the afternoon actually eating my way whatever shopping center I am in (always tempting though!) is an excellent way to pass the time and not spend TOO much money. Even if ticket prices are getting horrendous and admittedly, it does suck when you have no one to discuss the movie with later. WHICH IS WHY THE INTERNET WAS INVENTED, I GUESS.

X-Men: First Class: Currently seems to be the fandom flavor du jour (at least on tumblr) due to no small part to the beautiful and epic romance of Charles and Erik and Fassbender and McAvoy's portrayal of them and why yes, I throughly enjoyed my viewing (having supressed just how horrible Kevin Bacon attempting foreign languages sounded) and am still tempted to watch it a second time as long as it's still playing here. Super super gay and super fabulous (60s!) and I admit that my biggest thrill in the X-Men movies is still seeing all the mutant characters and their powers. And the casting in this movie was eyecandy galore-- I do agree with the general consensus that January Jones was weirdly wooden as hell though, but visually I felt she was spot on. I refuse to believe that (SPOILER) is dead though (and how quickly into the action-y bits of the movie this occurred. WE WERE ROBBED), and thankfully there is enough fic to fanwank that into something acceptable for me. Also I ship (SPOILER) with Havok like burning, accept no substitutes. Anybody want to talk to me about the epic fic for this fandom they've read? I've mostly been reading along on my blackberry's eensy screen and man there are some amazing ones out so far <333. PS [livejournal.com profile] taurenova  I'M STILL WAITING FOR YOU TO DE-ANON those two WIP!Fills of yours ahhh I am so enticed by your constant twitter mentions about them already.

Killing Bono: A movie I went in knowing nothing about besides the fact that it involved Bono, was set in the 80s and had Robert Sheehan & Ben Barnes with Irish accents. The latter reason was sadly just about enough for me. Such a sucker for nice accents I am, yes. The movie was surprisingly good though I did spend most of it with my hands in front of my face from intense embarassment squick as Ben Barnes' character seemed to make BAD LIFE DECISIONS, like momentually horrible, no-good ones with every damn breath he took and shit kept piling on him. But it was sweet and funny and Robert Sheehan as the long-suffering brother was cute. The best part has to have been the music, which was fucking fantastic (I had no idea Ben Barnes could sing, and could sing THIS well. Color me impressed, Prince Caspian!)-- my favorite has to be "Where We Want To Be" but "The Great Beyond" and "Kicking Off Again" are also great.

Super 8: Another movie I went in on a whim and was very impressed by (barring that ending ughhh cop-out to the max! WHAT HAPPENED AFTERWARDS, I want to know). I heard that Coach from FNL was going to be in it and had a vague idea of the plot, but I wasn't expected to be so wholly charmed by the story and the kid actors and their character's relationships. The movie they were filming!Their improvisations and epic squabbles! Elle Fanning was seriously adorable and will grow up gorgeous, sheesh, but it was the main kid (Joel Courtney) that impressed me the most. I wasn't expecting the dead!mom angst to start with though, which was again a bit of a "whyyyyyyy movie, whyyyy with the dead mothers" and I quite possibly over-identified a bit with the grieving process he was going through but his acting choices and just the whole thing was spot on and felt so real.

HARK! A BOOK--- Deadline, by Mira Grant: The second book of her Newsflesh trilogy (Zombies! Bloggers!) and it was just a compelling read, if not more so than the first. Keeping it vague as not to spoil, but we have Shaun Mason barely clinging to his sanity and dealing with the huge events at the end of the first book and uncovering what looks to be a bigger conspiracy than they ever expected with the rest of the End of Times crew.  This one ends with just about a big a twist ending/cliff hanger as Feed did and now I just can't wait for the last book to come out next year, ahh. THOUGH SERIOUSLY, people who have read this, tell me if this is just my finely honed incest-googles tricking me or is it basically now confirmed canon that the Mason siblings love each other that way? Because I couldn't quite believe the book would go there, but apparently it is so and I think that's great <33. Them against the world, baby!

RANDOM LINKS TO ROUND THIS OFF: THIS EPIC VIOLIN COVER OF THE GAME OF THRONES THEME SONG. I have been remiss about blogging about it but tl;dr: LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT and I cannot have Dance with Dragons in my hands too fricken soon ahhh is it next week yet?? An excellent article about fan-fiction by TIME aaaaaaand this wonderful THOR fic: Sigyn (binding is not punishment). That ending, fuuuuuck! Also: I totally ship it now.

kaiserkuchen: (ETC! My productivity summed up)
NOT A SPOILER: I LOVED THE BOOKS and was utterly consumed by them for large parts of February when I read the first book and then March when I somehow managed to finish the other three available books in what felt like two and a half weeks. It was glorious timing that I was subbing for England that time and actually had nothing better to do at work, because otherwise I would have been in a world of not so delightful sleep deprivation.

--------------------------SPOILERS FOR ALL THE BOOKS---------------------------------------
Somehow I never got around to typing this entry up so everything is vague and *handwaves* and I have smooshed it all together in my brain )

And ughhh, just to complain but damn if HBO isn't being super zealous in shutting down all the streaming links I have tried accessing via sidereel.com to check out the second episode. AND NOW IT IS PAST 4AM. I had plans for tonight, but then I got sucked into reading fic, amongst others this epic Arthur/Eames AU ficverse where Arthur's a pianist and Eames is a lyric baritone and their love is so lieder, omg. SO GOOD, AHH. Especially love how the author has embedded links to all the ~significant music that is mentioned, so that I can click on the videos and try to force myself into having more of a nuanced appreciation for classical music beyond "hurf durf pretty sounds".

SO WITHOUT FURTHER ADO, I present a version of Danny Williams as an angry, angry otter that I doodled between callers today.

This is all part of something very cracktastic that dearest [livejournal.com profile] laliandra shared with me, the idea of the Hawaii 5-0 team as sea animals with Kono & Chin as sleek, amazing dolphins, Steve the SEA LION SEAL (dur!) and of course, Danny as the slightly odd one out aka THE HUMBLE OTTER. This means that my brain is mostly overcome by otters, though googling "how big are otters", "cute otters", "otters standing up" is not exactly a hardship. Also I keep trying to figure out a way to convey his hair, so until I figure that out y'all have to deal with tiny, tiny ties for now.

FOR COMPLETION'S SAKE, WHERE IT ALL STARTED )

PS: A nicely creepy version of "Sweet Dreams" (Sucker Punch OST) I am pretty looking forward to seeing Sucker Punch, negl, if only for the amazing spectacle it promises to be. I was so shocked to find out that A) the main chick is that girl from the Lemony Snicket movies and that B) she can actually sing, as evidenced here.
kaiserkuchen: (Community! SO CHANGRY INDEED)
I have again fallen into the trap of forsaking LJ again (RL! READING ALL THREE REMAINING SONG OF ICE AND FIRE BOOKS IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS), though at least I have been pretty up to date on Twitter and my actualfax agenda-keeping so I can actually remember what I have been spending my days doing and there is proof that I have not reverted into an antisocial hermit.

Some links that have been perking my mood up lately:

YOUTUBE:
Thailand's Got Talent: One-handed Guitarist ...Filed under: Amazing and inspirational things that make me tear up. And now with English subtitles for your edification, too (there are even notes on the dialects! And the song lyrics! I can't even). His relationship with his older brother and what he says in the end about how if there's another life, he wishes that they'll be born as brothers again because he still owes so much to his older brother? AUGHHHHHH ;___;. This is the kind of thing that I would normally be watching on TV with Ma, or have her send me a link on YT.

Thailand's Got Talent: Belle Nantita ...Wait for the 1:23 mark. I LOVE IT (imho a better rendition than the original versions) and I just adore the crowd's and judges' reactions of glee and amazement. She also passed through that round, it case it wasn't obvious already XDD.

Tex Perkins & Murray Paterson- "Beautiful Kate(Main Theme)" ...found this from random tumblr stalkage, such a lovely and haunting melody.

Glee - BIG ASS HEART ...YES I HAVE A LEGIT EARWORM FROM THIS SONG. Such a catchy beat and I'd rather have it then say, FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY lol.

Graffiti60 - Stare Into the Sun ...I spent most of the song mistakenly thinking that the lead singer was a suddenly very young and svelte looking Nick Lachey and as such being very impressed with how groovy and great the song was. This band is pretty damn good, as it turns out. Good on you, fake!Nick Lachey!

F*cking Machine by Icka M. Chif on the AO3. MOAR Green Hornet fic. SERIOUSLY, UNF.

this famine that carries me by [livejournal.com profile] nevcolleil. Inception/RED. Frank Moses is Arthur's father. Here are three times Arthur's crazy-ass family scared the crap out of Eames (and one time when he didn't mind so much). .....SO MUCH YES TO THIS.

The Case of the Interloper by [livejournal.com profile] imogenedisease. Inception/Sherlock (BBC). “What if I told you I knew the world’s only consulting detective?” Eames asks.
“I’d ask what the fuck that is,” Arthur says, and Eames only answers with a huff of laughter.
...I laughed so much through this brilliant fic and its equally amazing sequel, The Case of the Extraction of England. Arthur meets his match in Sherlock and is amusingly furious and FULL OF RIGHTEOUS >:((!!-face for most of the time. Fantastic character interaction and just the idea of Sherlock in the dream-sharing world? AMAZING (and scary like hell, ahhh).

It probably goes without saying that drawing this was SO. MUCH. FUN <33 )
kaiserkuchen: (Community! AND THEN WE ALL DIE)
My first week of being back on the job since the 9th of December last year is behind me now and I have got to say that barring getting to see my ladies (and dude, can't forget M, our lone XY chromosome-holder in the group) again, IT WAS A LOAD OF STEAMING SHIT. I thought it was all in my head at first, that I wasn't used to the workload any more, the way the calls seemed to pile up but I counted along and we are back to the level of having a call come in every minute for about 95% of the work day. I am still lucky that most of these aren't the negative yelling-and-insulting-your-intelligence ones, but it is only a matter of time. In the interest of keeping my sanity up, I have implemented the usual coping-strategies without shame again, fuck my statistics: delaying the moment of picking up the phone, spending a bit of the post-call processing time eating snacks and uh, sometimes just hanging up on the callers for accounts that piss me off. These little rebellions are still a drop in the ocean though, since deep in my heart I normally like to follow rules and normally feel very guilty about these things.

We also have a new girl R, who I am still formulating my opinion about, but the current forecast seems to be rough since she pings all my dirty-hippy-backpacker prejudices and that just makes me automatically affect a more disdainful and stuck-up version of who I normally am. I KNOW BACKPACKERS ARE MOSTLY VERY NICE PEOPLE but man the ones that I have talked to that keep yammering about how their way is the only ~true way to experience the REAL Asia just keep getting my hackles up. Also perhaps we are too jaded but I. told me that R also has some pretty naive expectations about her working life here and ahahahaha we'll see. We kind of have an unofficial bet going for how long she's gonna last.

BUT NOW FOR MORE ~*FANDOM-Y NEWS*~:

[livejournal.com profile] yuletart reveals went up a few days ago and I can now say that I was behind the following The Hunger Games paper dolls! I remain pretty pleased with how it turned out, and again, many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] laliandra and [livejournal.com profile] laulan for being my usual art betas! Am not at my own computer at the moment, but I'll put up an actual post soon with the HQ versions as I did make them to actually be playable (well somewhat. At the very least, they're supposed to be nearly A4-sized!). My gift art this year was the following SMOKING HOT CAROLINE from The Vampire Diaries (season 2 spoilers!) by the lovely [livejournal.com profile] dualbunny, who was also my own recipient lol. BASICALLY I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THIS YEAR'S YULETART and it remains one of my favorite yearly art fests ♥

Here are also some awesome vids that I have been linked to and have been obsessively rewatching:

Cupid's Chokehold by [livejournal.com profile] nel_ani. Hawaii Five-0 Steve/Danny goodness, AHHHH ♥. I need to download this onto my laptop so I can watch it every day for that shot of pure happiness, ahh. Such clever use of the clips to the lyrics, too-- I just keep alternating between cracking up and sighing contently.
Runs in the Family by [livejournal.com profile] kaiyote. Supernatural and a total MOOD SHIFT from the previous vid. Fantastic song choice and look at the fucked-up angels and again, excellent use of clips and sharp, rapid cutting. I particularly adore the editing of the "fill me up" (all the sex and in between it all, Cas gorging himself on food) and "knock me up" (ANGELS WILL MESS YOU UP) parts. Also, it reminds me that Misha Collins is fantastic at all those different weary/hopeless/dead tired Castiel!faces.
Sex and Reruns by [livejournal.com profile] greensilver. Community and mucho thanks for Lalface for reccing this to me. I cannot say enough that Community is one of the best shows ever and every one should watch it. How can it be so consistently hilarious and touching, creative and zany and still above all retain such a lovely heart? I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT and this vid just reinforces my convictions ♥ ♥.
Folding Chair by [livejournal.com profile] sisabet. Another Community vid, this time focusing on Annie. Lovely song and OH ANNIE, YOU ARE SO AMAZING AND HILARIOUS AND ADORABLE <33. I had the biggest smile after I finished watching this. And Allison Brie is hot, it has to be said.

Thanks to what I figure is the swirling morass of germs I call my office, I ended up sick for most of the weekend. Delightful hacking cough, headache and wooziness, the works. I actually went to bed at 10.30PM on Saturday and woke up at 8AM the next morning, which is just all kinds of disturbing. Felt well enough on Sunday for a movie with the ladies, but couldn't be arsed to go to work today so I figured I'd call sick for once. First time in nearly 4 months of working here, so even if they suspect this is less than honest, I doubt I'd get any flack for it. Though have totally learned something of vital importance for next time. DEAR SELF, REMEMBER TO CALL IN SICK THE DAY OF WORK, NOT SUNDAY NOON BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON YOU THINK "GIVING ADVANCE NOTICE" IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD. Took Ma, D. and I. going "how stupid are you??" for this to finally sink in, but ah well.

Have spent this day reading far too much fic and actually more than half-heartedly cleaned my apartment! Still doesn't change the fact that I really don't like it here all that much any more. So glad it's just me in here and I will never have so show any one the premises XD.

SOME TV THOUGHTS/SQUEE/RAMBLING NOW.

Community S2x05
Ice-cream is everywhere, but never on your thighs )

Supernatural S6x05
How many t's are there in Pattins-- )

The Vampire Diaries S2x06
I should be having vampire burnout, but apparently it hasn't set in yet )

Dexter S5x05
Julia Stiles will always be Kat in Ten Things I Hate About You to me )

...and heyyy, that was more blather than I thought I had in me. Huh.

PS coughing so hard you give yourself headaches sucks. But then I look at my new CPine icons and I feel slightly better. HOW CAN THIS SHOOT NOT IMPROVE ONE'S LIFE. Can't get over that first pic, hello wallpaper at work! There better be some way for me to get my hands on this magazine here *plots*
