Jun. 5th, 2005 08:15 pmThe weekend can be divided into two parts: Yay!Freizeit and AJHGRKRS!School. I console myself with the fact that in two weeks, it's off TO BARCELONAAAA~!! Vamos a la playa~ etc etc XDD. Sightseeing! Dali! The chocolate factory!
...obstacles to overcome before that: Asian Games organisation crap, actually attending the games and the last few tests. +_=; Waah.
But to happier news- met Ma again and got to enjoy my S'pore schwag: "Uzumaki", the Naruto Artbook (OH YES IT HAS COME, JOY JOY JOY) and the Peacemaker Kurogane Ultimate TV series 2 guide. Also: Apricots! And raspberries!
The Naruto Artbook is a thing of beauty, the cover is Naruto using the Rasengan with really funky lighting resulting from that, and Sasuke graces the back with electric Chidori action. With a black background= Funk-ay. The colour illustrations range from way back to the first few volumes up until volume 22 with the Naruto-Neji cover. See Kishimoto-sensei's art evolve! How Sakura's headband used to be blue! How Sasuke used to have more than one default expression in the pics! Naruto remains groovy in all of em tho :D. Loved getting to see the rest of the band pic- Kakashi as the most stoned!Drummer ever and weenie-bassist Sasuke! Random: Sakura seems to get the most coolest weapons in the group shots, axes, ornamental swords and the like. Nifty.
Must scan some stuff soonish...
Also got to go to Mousses and Berries(?) in Thonglo. The cake there was bliss. And Patty and I made an impromtu photosession. Hee. Kat, you would've been so proud of us, die Fotos werden demnaechst nachgeschickt~...
My poor doggie has to wear a neck bracer now, and it's apparently quite disorientating. I am torn between going "awww, poor schatzi" and Schadenfreude...
