it only happens when I don't get enough sleep and have to go for a walk with the dog in the morning (that means standing up at 5.30 a.m.)
and we really need to go shopping, I hope I can find some time because it's really getting worse and worse with the stuff I really need to do. So I spent most of today sleeping. You know what I mean...
