kaiserkuchenAm now FINALLY firmly ensconced in Ma's casa with WIRELESS INTERNEEEEEEEEET!!! No more cold turkey at Na Paew's place, though I must say the Nip/Tuck Season 3 DVDs I had were instrumental in making me honestly not really notice the lack of glorious net. Twas all the more bitter when I discovered that the LAST HALF HOUR of the Season 3 two-hour season finale was mysteriously missing from my admittedly dubiously acquired box set :( ...anybody in the know willing to tell me what happens? Obviously nothing groundbreaking, since season 4 exists (and I have already burned through disc one of 7 there, and already I have some skips and freezing. Oh fake DVDs, why are you not my friend this time round??)
But oh how I adore the sheer high-intensity DRAMA! and EXPLICIT SURGERY FOOTAGE! paired with some truly convulted character relationships this show has... Christian(**) and Sean's friendship is really something, their highs and their lows and the fucking around with patients and the weird patchwork family thing they have going... The little in-jokes and pop-culture details in the whole series! Ahh ♥. And I found myself really liking Julia and Kimber, the latter who besides being a really interesting character herself is sublimely gorgeous-- geez I wish I could work hair like that. Hot stuff.
(**)= I have slowly come to terms that watching Christian Troy on Nip/Tuck is like watching a glorious, charismatic and bastardly trainwreck of a character. Was hanging off my seat most of Season 3 and tearing up or blathering at the laptop screen during PIVOTAL happenings. 'Oh, Christian... why must life keep shitting on DDD:' seemed to have been a note I scrawled down at some point, I think.
...and my original purpose in posting this has been forgotten in lieu of squeeing.. Ahaha, typical >_>;; Because I am now suddenly lazy and cognizant that I promised Ma I'd be in bed nearly two hours ago (I screwed up the whole day today by having binged on BLISSFUL WIRELESS on Ma's shitty laptop for five?? hours last night and thus was in no presentable state of consciousness this morning ^^... Thankfully Ma was in a state of laziness herself) the rest of BKK in paragraph fragments:
_ met Migel on Wednesday for lunch in Paragon! Followed by me updating him on my soap-opera in Wienna (got some A+ approval from him for dramatasticness XDD) and walking to MBK for some HIGH-QUALITY SHENANIGANS aka: GUITAR HERO: ARCADE MACHINE and HOUSE OF THE DEAD III!! I must say it- GUITAR HERO IS SO VERY HARD (it took us over a song to grok that you have to press the colouful buttons AND strum the goddamn fake-guitar) and yet SO VERY AWESOME. I will buy this game, two fake shitty guitars and I WILL BEAT IT. On my shitty tiny PS2 port-a-screen in Wienna if I must!! It was also I very close battle in skills with me and Migel, with us trading wins and failing songs at medium at a glorious rate(we got cocky with our 60% ++ in 'Easy' mode and switched to 'Medium'... *BAM* "SONG FAILED at 14%" XDD).
House of the Dead was as mindlessly fun and cheesy as always, and a throughly pleasureable way to burn through the last of our 10-baht coins. And hell, if we were both throughly tired and sweating after it all-- who knew that fake guitar-playing and fake shotgun-shooting could be such a good workout. I wish I could do this instead of going to a gym with Ma next week...
Was a lovely time and lucky for me Migel is here in Thailand until the end of August, as are Khan and a bunch of the others sooooo PARTY TIME is on when I'm back in BKK on the 2nd onwards~! Eee and that coupled with potential hanging out with Patty, Ginger and Rin? AWEEEEESOME ♥
_ FLEW BUSINESS CLASS to Chiang Mai ahaha it was only a 55 minute flight but what the fuck ever, I was and am still ridiculously gleeful about it. I love business class flying, the few times I have been able to snag a bonus ticket, and have quite possibly elevated it to a high pedestal of greatness and it will be a sign to myself that I will have truly made it somewhere when I can jet around to places in 10 years time in Business or ...dare I even say it... First Class :) Go go materialistic goals!
_ ALSO: AJ was here for the whole time in BKK, living it up at Na Paew's house and of course he was right next to us on the flight in his kitty carrier (we had to pay 160 baht for an 'excess baggage' ticket lol). Quite the seasoned traveller already and it only helped that he is apparently the mutest cat that ever was. Only in times of high duress(aka cuddleATTAAACK!! from Na Paew or the kids or HUNGER) will wring from him the tiniest most plaintative 'mroow' ever and you can almost imagine the feline equivalent of the sadface :( emoticon right next to it. Hyper little bugger at times though and thanks to his jingly collar you can always here him jingling madly from place to place XDD

anyway, i just LOVE famke janssen, she plays ava soooo great, remember that death angel scene when julia was in surgery? she looked SO HAWT in those white clothes with the hat and that net-thingy... ohhh i'm such a nip/ tuck addict! lovelovelove!!! XD
