(just a quick one, as I have to be awake in 5 hours lol)

...I never thought I'd say this given the movie and the new actor but:
HOLY SHIT SO HOT

BEST FUCKING BOND MOVIE EVER. From the starting credits, to the opening scene(THE CHASE SCENES. RUN BITCH RUN ♥!!) and the rest of the whole shebang. This 'new' Bond(or actually the old Bond, as the movie is chronologically THE first Bond movie ever) is still a cocky-ass bastard(none of the slick debonair charm yet), ooh so snarky and HOT. Daaaaamn, Daniel Craig really blew me away in this movie, the man OOZES charisma. For all that he's not so good-looking at first in the pictures...you really gotta see him moving about and in action for it to really hit you. ALSO: BUFF and toned bod and killer baby blue eyes. Mmmmh~ ♥
And it was frequently laugh out loud hilarious, something I can't remember the other ones being (at least not on purpose lol) The Martini line! Hee~

Definately purchasing the DVD for this one!

(Went for a drink and some chatting later with Marie and am now 'fully booked' this weekend(Christmas bazaaaars~) haaah and here I was wanting to save some money XDD STUDY? WHAT STUDY? lolol)

Hell yes! The executives were wise to gamble with such a reboot of the series--it really needed it. Whatever they did certainly had an effect because now I'm caught up in this Daniel Craig fever. (I'm starting to scare myself a little, but my celebrity crushes usually last a grand total of four weeks, so...)

I-icon...! And oh boy, it's like being hit with a two-by-four of Daniel Craig-style awesome... O__Ob

(Maybe it'll just go dormant until the next Bond movie? Although I'm also now curious about his other film roles... Didn't he play Gwyeneth Paltow's husband in 'Sylvia' or something? Not that I actually watched more than 20 minutes of that movie, ooops?)

Haha, I'm starting to look into his other roles, too. Right now I'm checking out Layer Cake. The premise doesn't interest me much; I am watching it solely because he's the leading actor. ...D:

But dude, it's totally a phase! It's why I'm embracing it--I know I'll lose interest in him by the end of December.

Isn't Layer Cake the one where he plays this hardcore crack dealer or something? The guys from my tutorial group LOVE it XDD

Phases can be fun while they last! So what else have you been up to fandom or online-life etc -wise? Long time no LJ eh~?

PS. Ahahaha THAT ICON ;Dbb

lol yeah, that's the one. Man, I totally didn't get that movie. It didn't help that I had to look up "quid" on urbandictionary. I FEEL SO AMERICAN (i.e. confused).

The usual perusal of the flist. What about you?

Everything I ever will need to know about brit slang, I learned from Harry Potter fic, lol (And the fact that I read Trainspotting and it's sequel and kept having random scot slang infiltrate my thoughts for a while after that)

Am juggling living the grand uni life in here in good ol' Austria and assorted squeeing about the usual fandom suspects I guess...and am starting to really miss the cheap and tastier food and WARMTH of Asia. Baaaaangkok DDD: And THE MANGA, god everything is so expensive here! (Treated myself to US imports of Antique Bakery though, mmmh Fumi Yoshinaga manga is ♥)
